Important Information

It is mandatory to carry a valid ID proof or passport. Passengers without a valid ID will not be permitted to fly..
To avoid cancellation of the entire flight, please ensure you arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.
During the activity, it is advisable to avoid carrying heavy luggage and wear comfortable, casual clothing. High heels should be avoided, and comfortable shoes or boots should be worn.
Please note that pregnant women, individuals with heart problems, serious knee and back pain, those who have undergone major surgery within the last 6 months, and those suffering from acrophobia are not recommended for this activity.

What is the approximate duration of the flight?

On most mornings, our hot air balloons remain in the air for approximately one hour. Upon landing, you will be transferred in a vintage 1950’s Land Rover to the Bedouin camp, where a delicious breakfast will be served. The whole tour takes about 6 hours. Please call between 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. the night before your flight to confirm your exact pickup time.

Where and what time will we meet?

The start time of the flight depends on the sunrise, which may vary. For hotel pickups, we will contact you the night before your flight to confirm the correct pickup time via phone and email. If you’re staying in a hotel, please notify us immediately after check-in to confirm your hotel and room details.

For Dubai residents, we will get in touch with you the evening before your flight to confirm the correct pick-up time. Please note that we don’t offer pick-up services from private residences. Instead, we will meet you at the nearest or most convenient hotel. You can also meet us at the main entrance of the Dubai Outlet Mall car park.

In case you require a pickup from private accommodation, you must book a private transfer for an additional cost.

What happens if the flight is canceled due to bad weather?

We prioritize the safety of our customers and only fly in good weather conditions. If your flight has to be canceled due to bad weather, you can rebook your flight to another suitable date or receive a full refund.

Where is the landing location for the hot air balloon?

Hot air balloons fly with the wind, which determines direction and distance, so the experience and scenery vary from flight to flight.

As a food lover, what breakfast options are available?

We offer an open buffet breakfast for guests of the Deluxe and Extreme packages.

What happens if I cancel my hot air balloon flight?

Hot air balloon rides can be canceled up to 18 hours before departure. If your flight is less than 18 hours away or you don’t arrive that day, we have reserved those seats for you and other passengers will miss them, so no refund is possible.
