How to Redeem
- Check your mailbox and download your ticket
- Present it at the venue or turnstile for scanning
- Once scanned, you may enter the venue
Important Information
- Carry a valid photo ID/passport – mandatory at entry
- Shared transfers are only from central Dubai areas (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina)
- Transfer timing may vary depending on location and traffic
- All on-site food, rides, and souvenirs are at your own cost
- Children must wear safety wristbands provided at booths/kiosks
- No pets allowed
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted
- No wheels (skates, hoverboards, bikes, etc.) allowed
- Modest attire required (shoulders and knees covered)
- Last park entry: 30 minutes before closing
- Free entry for guests under 3 years or over 65 years old
- No eating, drinking, or smoking inside vehicles during transfers
- Tuesdays: Family & Ladies day only (except public holidays)
- Value Tickets: Valid Sun–Thu: 4 PM – 12 Midnight
- Note: Weekday tickets are not valid during UAE public holidays (including Eid: 30–31 Mar & 1–3 Apr 2025)
